RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED 

Cosmetic Tattoos, Paramedical Tattoos, and Tattoos

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. We do not have any control over what occurs during the healing process. How your body heals is out of our control. This is 100% you and your bodies job. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you. Everyone heals and accepts the pigment differently. Even when following aftercare; fading, blurring or poor retention can still happen depending on your skin and lifestyle. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional touch ups may be required to obtain optimal results. Please remember that cosmetic pmu works as a base, using a lipliner or lipstick may still be needed.

Lashes / Brows

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, there are risks associated with having artificial eyelashes and eyelash extensions applied to or removed from my natural eyelashes. In these rare cases, some irritation and discomfort may occur. If you experience any of these conditions with your lashes or brows, contact the certified eyelash extension professional immediate, which may result in the removal of the lash extensions.

DEPOSITS

  • Due to high demand, a deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. We require 72 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. If 72 hours notice is not given, you will forfeit your deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking through the ‘Book Now’ button is for the deposit only and is only for NEW clients. Remainder of the payment is due the day of service.

  • Deposits are not required to book a touch up appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 fee on top of your service charge.

  • You will receive your first touch-up appointment complimentary. This can be scheduled no sooner than 8 weeks following your first session and within 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, additional touch up pricing will occur. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing again. The touch-up appointment is highly suggested for best results. It is always a minimal 2 step process to get you to your desired brows. Touch ups are generally required roughly every 1-2 years to maintain the cosmetic micropigmentation procedure. If you visit another studio to get touch ups over our work, you will no longer be able to get touch ups from our studio.


LATE AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Please remember that we block out time and space at the studio to ensure that you and each of our Studio Vanassa clients will receive the highest level of service. As a courtesy to other patrons and staff, please arrive on time to your appointment. We give a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. If it is a touch up appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee on top of your service charge. If you miss your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.


TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS

You will receive your first touch-up appointment complimentary. This can be scheduled no sooner than 8 weeks following your first session and within 12 weeks. Lashes and Brows

If more than 50% of your lashes need to be filed it will be considered a full set not a fill, also if you require a fill but you had your lashes done previously at a different location we cannot guarantee fills if the lashes are glued together/damaged, we would have to do removal which is an extra cost of $20.


THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT CANDIDATES TO BOOK

Cosmetic Tattoos, Paramedical Tattoos, and Tattoos

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding, under the age of 18, prone to keloid scarring, sun-damaged skin, have been on Accutane within the last year, have problematic skin around the procedure area, have previous cosmetic micropigmentation on the procedure area without getting approval first, or have a serious medical condition (you must arrive with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing). If you arrive with any of the following, unfortunately we will not be able to perform a service on you and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Your technician will only tattoo anatomy correct lip shapes and natural colours. If you are looking for something not anatomy correct or a not natural colour, we will refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit. We specialize in the most natural techniques. If you are looking for a lipstick look or are extremely picky, we are NOT the studio for you.

Lashes / Brows

  • Have eyebrow transplants, have HIV or Hepatitis or any other infectious or viral diseases, undergoing Chemotherapy, have a history of dry eyes or Sjorgen’s Syndrome, are Epileptic, you develop infections easily (history of recurrent eye or tear duct infections) 

  • Your technician will only perform lash extensions on clients with minimum lash breakage (please email Vanassa at vanassa@studiovanassa.com a photo for approval). If you come in to your appointment with a lot of lash breakage and without an approved photo, we will refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit. Our professionals with all perform safe lash and brow practice.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

We reserve the right to decline to proceed with an appointment or decide to let a client go.


PRICING AND REFUNDS

Pricing is subject to change at anytime. Once a service is performed, absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given.


WARRANTY

Tooth Gems

Clients have a 1 week guarantee. If the gem comes off, please contact us and we will make time for you to place the gem back on, this is subject to availability. The gem does not have to be brought to the appointment. Removal of previous glue is included. If another gem is shown, there will be a fee associated.

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry is final sale and non refundable. It is a custom piece made for each client, therefore, once it is cut, it is non refundable. Clients have a 2 week guarantee on permanent jewelry chains, charms, and connectors. We offer a free 2 week rewelding of your chain that has fallen off or broken, chain must be present. After the 2 weeks, we are not able to offer a replacement due to different lifestyles. Breakage can occur as most chains are delicate; therefore, they are designed to break with 15 pounds of pressure or less. We do offer thicker chains but breakage can still occur at the jump rings. We do offer a reweld with a new jump ring for $10, if client previously came to Studio Vanassa for the permanent jewelry. It is important to notify us of any medical history, allergies, or skin sensitivities to metals. Discolouration can still occur with Gold Filled, Rose Gold Filled, or Sterling Silver jewelry due to skin sensitivities, maintenance, and lifestyle. We cannot offer a warranty due to skin sensitivities.
